Trunk torsion bar installation problem
So I found the guide someone posted up and everything was working perfectly until I actually had to twist the car onto the little support area. The instructions say to use the installation tool which I was about to order until I found out that it costs $200+.
So my question to you guys is, how did you reinstall your torsion bars back into your trunk without using this tool? I was trying to use a screw driver and several other tools to do this but I can't get enough leverage to do it. If anyone is willing to help me out or let me borrow the tool, I can buy you a cheap lunch of some kind. I'm located in San Diego if anyone is close enough and can help me out.

Thanks, already figured it out though. I ended up just using the handle of a hammer and pulling the little hook area until it sat where it was supposed to.
