Painting my Electric Blue evo's wheel-Need suggestions

I went with gunmetal on my EB. I like it a lot better than black....

honestly the paint doesn't matter...to an extent.

prep work is going to be the most important thing to get a good paint job. and how many coats of primer, paint, and clear.

1. tape off lips and tires if installed
2. acetone
3. tac cloth
3. self etching primer( however many coats you need i use 3 per wheel)
4. paint( i used cans that cost a mere 1.00 at wal-mart 3 coats)
5. clear coat( used wheel clear just cause cheap clear, can be cheap 3 caots)
6. wet sand with 2,000grit
7. polish
8. wax

thats how i do wheels lol.
