What's your car idling at???

So i noticed today in my Evo 9 that when I was at 70mph, rpm was at 3500 rpm, when I was at 65mph it idles at 3000 rpm. I don't know if its normal or not. I bought this few months bak and idk if there was ecu flash done or not? So my question is what is the normal rpm at 65mph and 70mph....Thanks for your help..

i wouldent think tuning would change the rpm on those speeds. Its more of the tranny for different rpm's.

The tire size and gear ratio will give you the rpm's that the car rides at along the road. I am running 24.5inch tire on my car and that sounds about right. 3500 or so at 75-80mph. once I install my qtp's (26inch tire) my rpm's will be a little lower at that speed.

Are you sure it's 3000 at 60? That sounds a bit higher than I've ever seen it. Unless you are running much taller tires or the gears were changed I don't see how that is possible. In my 8, 60 is like 27-2800 and it's a little lower in the 9 MR I have.
