Buschur Licp trouble

Buschur Licp trouble
Went to install the Buschur licp and had the hardest time accessing and removing those 2 bolts from the j pipe on the turbo. I was finally able to get it off and now I can't get the Buschur licp to go on for the life of me. I can get one of the bolts in but not the other and vise versa. There is something down their that is electrical blocking the angle and it seems my waste gate actuator is in the way. Any tips on the easiest method to get the new I pipe on?

Take the starter off! Two 14mm bolts and a 12mm nut holding battery lead on and one little plastic clip. On the turbo...put the upper bolt in a few threads...with gasket already. Now take pipe slip slotted side over installed bolt with gasket. Now put the lower bolt in the turbo. Tighten both equal tq and install starter just like removed.

Thanks you very much! I appreciate your quick response! I guess I should of taken it out from the beginning insteading of spending 30 bucks on special tools to try to access it better lol
