hi everyone. i just bought defi oil temp and pressure gauges, but i don't have oil temp sensor, i have evo 9 mr which it comes with oil temp guages stock. can i hook up the defi oil temp gauges into stock temp sensor? or i need use defi gauge temp sensor with defi gauge. and there is 8mm bolt near the oil filter, can i hook up the oil pressure sensor into there after i remove the bolt? or i have to buy the Oil Filter Adapters. please help. thank you.

I learned the hard way waaaaay back when. If you do add a guage that comes with a sensor use the sensor supplied cause they are calabrated for that particular guage. I can't say I know about the defi guages and hooking into the filter but the best advice I could give is just read the directions and do what it asks.

 

you have to use the defi sensor. yes you also need the adaptor or you can buy a drain plug.
