I made my own using screws and retaining clips from an auto parts store. Cost was around $13. Its a lot easier to remove the underbody panel not having to deal with those plastic screws that are impossible to remove if debris gets in the threads. Fwiw now my panel is quite a bit more sturdy and snug, with less play than the oem setup.
That was a side effect I found after I had installed it, but the less stuff rattles around the better imo.
