Does anyone have the experience that trying to fit the injen intercooler pipe to a larger intercooler? Mine is the 4 inch and longer than the stock ones. My injen intercooler pipe won't fit on there well. Anyone have some suggestion except changing the intercooler?

I have the same problem it will not meet up with my ETS intercooler it sits about a half inch too far back. I just have a really screwed up looking coupler HAHAH

I had a hell of time installing mine too. I just kept adjusting and refitting until it fit well enough. I will probably end up changing at some point.

welded a new flange on the end of my core. less than ideal for resale value, but I don't plan on selling

Im running an ETS cooler and Injen piping also. I just cutoff the bracket on the lower piping and made my own to adjust it. Fits perfect.
