Those bolts are already done for. Replace them along with your new parts. Use Stainless bolts next time.

Soak the nuts in penetrating oil and let it sit. The longer its on there the better. Then torch the nut. Make sure you are torching the nut not the stud. In case you're wondering that isn't a bolt but actually a stud that ties into the cat and then a nut to tighten it down.

Once you torch that nut you should be able to pop it off. If you have an impact gun that'll make your life much easier. I've done this before on the same stud and it worked brilliantly. I've also failed and snapped said stud one time cranking on it and that sucked...so my advice is don't crank on it. Penetrating oil heat and air tools are your friend.

Looks like the both catches the threads on the cat. The flange on the cat-back should be fine even if you cut off the bolt.
Soak the bolt with penetrating oil for a little while and then introduce it to Mr. Box wrench.

Yeah the gasket should crumble once you have removed the bolts. Sand flat the flange at the cat-back when you put them back together with a new gasket.

^+1 Once you get the nuts off the studs you should be able to separate those pretty easily. The gasket is going to fall into pieces so as he said just make sure to prep the flange surfaces properly when putting it back together to ensure a good tight seal.

north east

Three winters on my 2012 and I had to use a 3" cut off wheel. Didn't damage anything but the stud, but push came to shove and so the sparks had to fly! Afterwards I realized my craftsman socket received a hair line fracture (but almost the length of the socket) from trying to remove the bolt and because of that it rounded the bolt head.
