Additionally, larger intake (+1mm) and exhaust valves (+1mm) are utilized to help increase flow. Cosworth CNC ported Big Valve cylinder heads come complete with a performance valve job, hi rev (max 10,500rpm) valve springs with titanium retainers and are ready to install. The Cosworth 4G63 Crankscraper is engineered to reduce parasitic drag on the crankshaft caused by oil accumulation that surrounds the crankshaft during rotation. This oil buildup causes additional drag and can reduce power output. Additionally, overall oil control is improved by keeping oil in the sump. Especially useful in high rpm and race applications. Mounts to main bearing girdle.Designed from 2.6 mm (12gauge) steel plate and includes required mounting hardware. Works with OE crankshaft and Cosworth 94mm stroker crankshaft. Crankshaft with longer strokes may require scraper to be modified for clearance. For EVO VII-IX.

Collaborating with ACL, Tomei has made an option to include their Competition Bearing Series product with our kits. All the engine internals are brought to static temperature (20 degrees Celcius) and blueprinted with 0.040~0.060mm clearance bearings. This eliminates the measuring and blueprinting process for the customer, so the kit can be installed with less hassle.
