I will be running the MAP EF3 turbo on E85 making 500whp and about 425wtq. I estimate that I will be shifting around 8K RPM and I have read about high RPM lock-out issues in the past for ACT clutch set ups. Has this issue been fixed? I took a look at the different clutch combinations and I am interested to know which combination you recommend. I will spend most of my time on the street with about 1-2 trips to the drag street a month. I am not a fan of paying between $1,500-2,000 for a clutch as I believe there are many out there that can take care of my intended goals and use.

For your setup I would suggest that you go with some sort of twin disc setup. The exedy twin disc clutch could handle what you have suggested. You would be pushing it really close with the act setup.
