The piston is one of the most important components within the engine. It can be subjected to directional change up to 285 times every second and must withstand acceleration forces of 8500g. Cosworth high performance forged pistons are designed and engineered to withstand this type of punishment and still perform.

Cosworth has been engineering camshafts for nearly 50 years. That coupled with years of innovative multi valve cylinder head design ensures our camshaft designs are the most efficient in providing maximum usable power across the widest power band. Each cam is ground from a new billet and finished using the same procedures we use in our extreme level race engines

Cosworth High Performance Engine assemblies are the perfect basis for your high performance application. Each version has gone through countless hours of engineering and evaluation to determine the best combination of parts and build specification, ensuring maximum reliable performance. Each Cosworth High Performance Engine assembly starts with all new select components as the foundation of the performance build. Every block is thoroughly inspected before the cylinders are honed to perfection.

Cosworth High Performance Head Gaskets are engineered to seal in power under the most demanding conditions. Constructed from stainless steel with a folded stopper layer, each application features superior sealing compared to conventional multi layer steel gaskets. Additionally, Cosworth High Performance Head Gaskets are manufactured from pre-coated die cut stainless steel resulting in uniform coating distribution and consistent shape.

The Cosworth CNC ported cylinder head for the EVO 9 (with Mivec) features dyno tested and flow bench proven ports, engineered for maximum usable power. Each new cylinder head is ported on a 5 axis machine to ensure consistency and perfect port shape every time.

Cosworth LowTemp Motorsport Thermostats are engineered with the optimum temperature range in mind for high performance racing use as it is very easy to over cool the engine by either removing the thermostat completely or using a thermostat that is not designed for the specific application.

Replace your worn wrist pins with Genuine Cosworth replacment parts. Made from ultra strong EN39B steel.

Cosworth Kevlar High Performance Timing belts are 300% stronger than original equipment timing belts and are the perfect compliment when installing Cosworth camshafts or cylinder heads.

GSC Power-Division's Evo S1 cams are designed for those with a stock turbo all the way to a GT30/50Trim. These cams will not sacrifice any bottom end loss over stock cams; nothing but gains and will promote faster spooling of the upgraded turbos. Gains of 25-40whp (depending on Turbo) have been seen by simply bolting the S1 cams in. Designed for a rev range of 3000-8000rpms, these cams work well on the stock valve springs. 300-450whp camshaft.

The S2 cams are designed for those with more power in mind or a larger turbo. No low end power is lost vs the stock cams when used with the larger turbos. The S2 cams will show gains of 50-70whp over the stock cams and in some cases more in the higher RPMS. Great for 2.0L engines revving to 9000rpms or for Stroker motors revving to 8000rpms. The S2 Cams are suggest to run on our upgraded Beehive valve spring replacement or can be run at the stock revlimit and factory boost on the stock spring. Designed for a rev range of 4000-9000 RPMS(2.0L or 3000-8000 2.2L+), 400-700whp applications. S2 cams can run on Factory ECU with custom flashing.

The S3 Cams are available in a Solid Lifter profile (please PM for options) and an off the shelf Hydraulic Lifter profile for the Evo 9 4G63. These cams are meant for the 700whp+ to take advantage of a very large turbo these are NOT suggested for anyone running smaller.

GSC Power-Division Beehive springs feature some of the most impressive manufacturing techniques in the industry. Our beehive spring uses an ovate wire which utilizes advanced material heat treatment methods for superior load loss capabilities. What this means to you is our spring has the highest level of spring load retention while still maintaining good fatigue threw out the life of the spring. Only the best materials go into the GSC Power-Division Beehive valve spring. Each batch is scrutinized for tensile strength properties, ductility, inclusion content, and fatigue toughness.

GSC Power-Division ZERO-TICK lifters for the Mitsubishi 4G63's. GSC's ZERO-TICK lifters utilize a stiffer spring inside to help keep the lifter at its operating height even when oil pressure is low.

AMS Spec EVO IV/V/VI/VII/VIII/IX Pistons are ideal for both street and serious competition. These pistons are loaded with extra features such as annular pin hole grooves with double forced oil holes, extra thick ring lands, 4340 hard-chromed wrist pins that are taper bored. These pistons were specially designed by AMS to be the best piston money can buy.

The AMS EVO VII/VIII/IX Upgraded Oil Cooler Kit provides the most efficient oil cooling available. With an additional 14 rows of heat exchange and 30% increased surface area over the stock unit this is the ultimate oil cooler for your EVO. Using one of the most efficient heat exchangers on the market, road racers, drag racers and performance street cars alike can be confident that oil cooling will not be an issue.

The AMS Race Balance Shaft Eliminator Kit is the only “no compromise” way of removing the factory balance shafts. Eliminating the balance shaft not only frees up horsepower, it also reduces the chance of belt failures ending up in catastrophic damage to your motor. In our experience, replacing the front balance shaft with a stub shaft will increase the chances of oil pump failures. This is likely caused by eliminating the support provided by the rear bearing journal. A stub shaft allows the oil pump gears to push apart and wear into the aluminum pump. Aluminum that is being worn away will enter the clean oil stream and contaminate the engine bearings. Eventually this can result in the oil pump seizing. The AMS shaft is machined to eliminate the counterweight while leaving the bearing journal in place to keep the factory engineered support for the oil pump gears.

Improve traction and reduce the front-to-back movements your engine makes while under on/off throttle conditions.

Fits all 2003-up Mitsubishi Evolution 8 & 9 RS, GSR and MR Models

- Light Weight, Strong, and Rigid.

- Traction is greatly improved due to the significant reduction of front-to-back movements while the engine is under on/off throttle conditions; furthermore, it improves shifter feel and on/off throttle response.

-Durometer Rating for the Mount: 90A

We have been running it on our Time Attack EVO and street cars for years with now issues!

It also works well if you do a Koyo radiator and FP green combo for the turbo gets really close to the radiator fins, with the stock mount and vibration it would definately hit them in time.

Over all I have looked around for a great solid mount that won't break the bank. As a Product designer, I got to say that the blox was made very well (radiuses, machining and finish), and for the price you can't go wrong!

The cost is AWESOME and fit/finish/packaging was great.

Calvin at SpeedElement is super fast on the shipping, and I received a tracking number just hours after I sent him payment, and received the mount 2 short days later.

I've only driven about 10 miles with the mount installed, but the car feels more "tight" and shifting has improved greatly. I don't know if it's just me, but for some reason when I went WOT, my car sounded unmistakingly different (Can anyone confirm this?)

Overall this is a 10/10 and the bang for the buck factor can't be beat!
