your order was placed on the 21st, not the 19th. We packed the lights up Monday and they shipped Tuesday. Looks like maybe the order got lost in the system for an extra day - I don't know why to be honest, but it does happen from time to time - I am sorry it happened on yours. But, they were sent, and are currently en route to you

So they were ordered on the 21st, which seems off. UPS tracking results show that UPS did not receive until the 26th.

As I said Brian - I have no explanation. We get alot of orders everyday, and every once in a while, one gets lost in the shuffle - that is all I can suggest as to what possible happened to yours. Again, I apologize to you - we strive to be perfect every time out of the box, but being human, we sometimes miss the mark. The lights have been shipped as you see, and despite the mistake on our end, were sent within the customary timeframe that our website mentions

Brian - how many times can I reply with my apologies? Somewhere along the line with your order we dropped the ball - and again, I am sorry. If the apology and the offer to try to make it up to you are not enough, then I'm not sure what else I can say
