They are come pre-prepped in grey primer, but if you want, i can add a coat of flat black paint for ya!

how does the lip mount onto the car? Over the stock lip or remove stop lip?

remove the stock lip

install new lip w/ factory screws

yes you still retain the factory undertray!!! direct bolt on by using factory mounting points. No extra drilling required!
