I e mailed you guys yesterday, and they said that Shift Knob is sold out... 
Come on guys... You put it on the sale, on the website it says that shipping is 1 day, and it turns out that it can be backordered for 3 weeks?
isn't fair.. i started to want it so badly and have to settle on something else? pity..

the rubber pads come off, and the whole pedal assembly comes off for the accelerator. They have bar locks with allen screws, and the accel. uses another factroy style clip on assy. They come with the correct allen tool, you will need a pair of channel locks also for the accel pedal clip.
