For anyone who isn't sure, "2 and 1/16th" = 52mm

I have this piece, but I hacked it apart and molded it to the stock top piece to lower the gauges because I was tired of not being able to see when I was low on gas.

 

here is an idea of what he is talking about. i love mine and i could not be any happyer. best pod i ever had. install was easyer then turning the igniton key

Does this replace the stock piece or does it go over it?

 

is covers it. it uses the stock cover as support. the thing is on my car rock solid.
