this maybe a stupid question but is there any difference between this hood and the other ones... besides the weave pattern and the way it looks?

other one's like company or other seibon style hoods.
99% of all c/f hoods all have the same weave. if it doesent then it must be one of the expencive one's. as for styles. seibon use's the same weave just different style hoods.

did i ansure your questions?

yea but when they advertised it as a diamond weave hood i thought there was something special about the diamond weave compared to the other c/f hoods besides the way it looked

The difference is in the weave!!! Nothing else is different but the weave. It's the little things that make the difference.

I first saw this weave at sema and i really think it is great. Someone needs to ask me for a deal on these if they get me pics.

thanks for the question- no question is stupid.

I know the last thing you guys want to see is the Subaru hood but this is a good example. You can see the spot on the bottom right corner- hoods weave looks really good in the light and from what i would assume just like a regular carbon fiber hood in the dark. The price really is not that differet from the normal OEM hood. Again just a small difference that makes you car stand out from the crowd...

Let me know if you guys have any questions. Also these hoods are packaged very well and we didn;t want to open any more hoods than we had too- i guess it makes shipping them a little more risky when you unwrap it. No worries EVO owners- we didn;t open any of yours!!!
