If im reading correctly you have to plug these into your factory bulb harness and also run a seperate power wire to your battery?

The wire kit will only take signal from the factory bulb harness and draw power from the battery. This set up give your car a much more safety setup.

Is it going to fit on my evoix non hid. Sorry about that Im a little bit confused whether where to install your light if its in the fog light or the main headlight.

Yes, we have HID KITs that fit non HID EVO VIII & IX low beam and high beam.
