First off your fight is not with me, but with the vendor you bought the bumper from. I cannot ship anything until the item is payed for and cleared by both myself, the credit processing company, and the vendor. Usually this process can take up to 3-4 business days (actual lead times vary depending on how quickly the vendor completes his order, and how the items are paid for). In your case, I did not get the payment until 3 days after the order was placed. At the same time the order was only placed 6 business days ago. It also takes 2-3 business days for shipping. I really don't care what BS you want to say on the forums but I do want you to know that we did our part. Unfortunately, from what it seems, the vendor you placed the order with did not.
Please take your childish ranting over to their boards. We have a perfect reputation on this forum, and I have yet to have one customer leave unsatisfied.

Here, I'll post my response on here as well:
Save your story for someone else. If you you wait until you actually get paid by whomever you use to process your credit cards, you're ridiculous. Customer pays, and that's that. Quite a few of you seem to have every excuse under the sun why you don't get it done.
Nice touch with the bull**** tracking number to Auburn BTW... I take it that usually stalls the customer for you for a coupla days, huh..?

As for us delaying your order due to the CC issue. We inform all new vendors (which includes the one you bought from) that we have to place a 2-3 day hold on their order to verify that the payment method will clear. We recently had over $10,000.00 stolen from us about 4 weeks ago from another vendor (who is no longer on these boards) who used a fraudulent CC when they had placed their order. Due to this recent transaction issue, we no longer accept CC payments until the buyer has placed more than 5 orders with us. After that time we require that the vendor allows us to hold the items until the payment has cleared.
This method of CC fraud protection is also used by Cusco USA, Endless USA, C-West USA, Top Secret USA, etc.
