We have a brand new Sparco Circuit Black with some minor scratches on the back of the seat. They are very fine, can't be felt with the bare hand, but are visible in bright light. It was test fitted and probably rubbed inside the car during the fitting. There is no effect on fit/function. It is also missing an FIA label (even though the seat is supposed to be FIA approved, Sparco for some reason forgot to attach the label.
