If u don't have instock then don't say it, that consider SCAM!!!!

Honestly, people make mistakes. We weren't born perfect. One little miscalculation in a stock count shouldn't be held against them. After all, its car parts you are buying. It wont change your life if you don't have it right away.

Still haven't gotten a PM about a TB JDM VII/VIII rear bumper. Posted in this thread and PM'd them...
I guess they don't have those either. Even if they did, I'm not sure I'd send that much money to a company that takes 8+ days to PM me about their stock....
I'm sure it's just a small issue on their part and I know they have a good rep on the forums so I'm not trying to put them down, but it is a little unsettling...

I just contacted them. Due to their high volume of sales, there was a breif misunderstanding as far as what was in stock and what was sold. Invision are great people to work with, just check their feedback. They try hard to help the community around them.

in stock - means u have it in ur hand, ready to ship as soon as the payment clear. If u don't have it in hand, even it's on the way to u, u can not say "in stock".
of course this is not a big problem for customer, but as a business, word from ur sales man's mouth shouldn't take it lightly. sometime because a mistake, the store have to sale a HDTV for $1 cuz the worker put a wrong price tag. why on the internet everyone don't have to be serious like that about a sale?
so thanx for Invision's time, and hope they do better next time.

I would also like to add that I would appreciate at least a quick pm or general notice about the delay as oppose to no reply.
These type of actions make a customer wonder if their service would be any different.
It has been over a week and still yet to receive a pm.
I understand the fact the company is very busy.
However, I think customer satisfaction should be the priority in any business.
It's obvious with the threads especially the pics of their vehicle in TAS InvisionEvo is a good company.
Unfortunately, lack of communication drove this buyer to purchase the products from another vendor.
