I have no clue what kind of mail service of DHL you use and how you pack the bumper, but we are shipping it by putting it into a huge rectangular box with a lot of wrapping which already cost $25 and the rest is what DHL or Fedex charge us, we are doing the most secure way to prevent the item from damage. We are welcome if you have a shipper to come to pick it up, I will just charge you $25 for the box. Thanks!
