The license plate bracket actually should work on the Evo 8 bumper without any issues I'll double-check on that though just in case... but it definitely shouldn't be an issue.

Not too bad. There is a removable section on the panel so that you don't need to take down the entire undertray

That panel looks like it's in completely the wrong spot.

It's the rear panel that is removed for an oil change so that the entire piece doesn't need to come down. I assure you it's in the right spot
