Guys, unfortunately I have some bad news, which I have just emailed to all of you.
We've just discovered that there may be a potential fitment issue with the first production version of the T1R Shift Boot. Basically, the manufacturer switched material on us without informing or asking us. This new material does not stretch as much as the pre-production version we were sent. As a result, you may have a hard time getting the shift boot to fit the plastic shift boot frame, and it might not fit at all. Unfortunately we did not discover this until after everyone's order was shipped.
We're already in contact with T1R to get new shift boots with the correct material sent to us as soon as possible. Once we have them, we will send them to you free of charge, under warranty. You may keep the shift boot that has already been sent to you. If it fits, that is great. In any case, we will be sending a new one to you.
Sorry for this latest hiccup guys! We're going to get this taken care of ASAP!
