They are fairly hard to find in that day and age. Now that the cost to import is growing larger and larger, all these jdm-rare items will just become more of that- jdm rare.

Here is a teaser pic from today:
Fitment was good, I still have some ideas on how I can close the gap on the passenger side a little more. It also might need a washer or two to bring the front end of the trunk up some. Anyway, it was quite the project. It's best if you can have someone inside the trunk to lign it up also. The finish came out pretty good after some Menzerna and my PC had their way with it. Before that the clearcoat was scratched and hazed a bit, but polished out nice.

Yes trunk was packaged extremely well. It has protective coating over the carbon fiber side. I'm sure everything was normal, I mean the trunk came from Japan so it's been rocking around on a boat forever 
it just took some Menzerna loving to make it shine.
I'm very satisfied with it, I'd say fitment is 90-95% and with a little more work I'm sure I can get it to look factory. Order one up from Eric and in the meantime I'll try to post some more pics.

I decided to velcro the release cable and ground wire instead of drilling holes to attach the factory plastic pins. I'll make a post in Evo Show and Shine with some more pics I took, I don't want to ***** up Eric's thread (unless he likes that kind of stuff yea). lol
