I would like to know if the APR canard kit- (this one: Front Bumper Canard Set Application: Mitsubishi/EVO 9 2006-2007 Part #: AB-491030
) is the kit with 4 wings '2 "big" and 2 "little" ones.

How much would it cost for the kit shipped to France?
