Cusco Intake Pipe Kit
Available only for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, this air intake pipe kit offers a smooth, steady flow of the intake air. The funnel increases the air efficiency as it flows from the intake pipe to the turbo. The 80mm diameter pipe is painted Cusco blue and bolts on using normal hand tools. K&N air filter sold separately must be fitted and used with this kit.

ARC Evolution VIII Induction Box
ARC has developed its own unique version of Induction and Intake Chamber. The Intake Chamber helps raise the torque at low and mid range engine speeds and is also effective in improving accelerating speed. The Induction box reduces intake resistance and increasing the amount of air taken in makes higher pressure possible. Blitz Evolution VIII SUS Power air cleaner
The Blitz SUS Power air cleaners are made from top quality T-304 stainless steel. Totally unique, the entire filtration element is made from a fine stainless steel T-304 mesh (200 micron mesh and 150 micron crown). This mesh means the filter will never wear out, and have substantially less restriction than any other filter. Another feature is the super fine pattern of the mesh. This straightens the airflow and dramatically reduces aerodynamic tumble (restrictive turbulence). The Blitz air cleaners also have fine mesh at the top of the filter, further improving the airflow capabilities.

HKS Evolution VIII Super Mega Flow Intake Kit
HKS Super Mega Flow air intake systems have been designed to dramatically reduce inlet restrictions posed by today’s sealed factory air boxes in both turbo and naturally aspirated configurations. The unique design of the Super Mega Flow combats the propensity of airflow to move towards surface areas which generates turbulence and reduces airflow capacity, typically a weak point of box-type designs. HKS’ patented super-funnel design, with its vacuum-inducing inner lip, draws air from the filter’s outer edge and directs air away from inlet throat surface areas. The Super Mega Flow filter also uses a honeycomb frame to distribute stress evenly and prevent filter compression which would reduce performance. As a result, turbulence is minimized, producing smoother and more even airflow with increased velocity and optimizes air/fuel atomization. GT2 exhaust systems are designed with the straightest possible piping route. In some applications, the GT2 will not follow the stock piping route. The straightest piping route will also result in weight savings due to the omitting of useless bends. The exhaust fumes are expelled from the 101mm tip of the polished SUS 304 stainless steel canister. Perrin Evolution Cat Delete Pipe
The Perrin cat delete pipe is used to replace your stock catalytic converter for added performance. Simple bolt on performance easily pumps up the horsepower out put of your EVO in seconds. Constructed of all stainless steel materials. 3” 304 stainless steel tubing. 1/2 inch stainless steel flanges. The Perrin Cat delete pipe has a straight through design and is a full 3 inches in diameter. Any smaller and you pinch off the exhaust gases. Larger and you create a pressure drop. Turbo


Blitz Evolution VIII Blow-Off Valve
Blow-off valves are essential to all turbocharged vehicles. The purpose of the Blitz Dual Drive Blow-off Valve is to relieve compressor surge without reducing compressor speed. It controls boost pressure that is built up by the turbo and vents it into the atmosphere when the car is not under load (in between shifts). This prevents pressure from backing up into the compressor housing, causing the turbo impeller blade to rapidly stop or even worse, to spin backwards (compressor surge or backspin). Doing so can be potentially destructive to the turbine wheel and shaft. Repeated stress over time can cause eminent damage to the turbo charger and eventually lead to turbo failure. A blow-off valve is actuated by pressure changes only, ensuring quick valve responses and complete closures at idle. The Blitz Dual Drive Blow-off Valve not only improves performance and response, but also prolongs the life of the turbocharger.

Forge Evolution VIII Blow-Off Valve
Made from billet aluminum, this atmospheric diverter valve dumps the charge-air to atmosphere creating the "Whoosh" sound most commonly associated with rally cars. This increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably. Unlike the Diaphragms valves this uses a single piston single spring to prevent the valve from leaking air into the intake system at idle. This prevents forge's diverter valves suffering any of the failures associated with single piston and diaphragm type diverter valves.

HKS Evolution VIII SSQV Blow-Off Valve Kit
The HKS Super Sequential Blow-off Valve (SSQV) is a dual stage pull type relief valve. Unlike other blow off valves that are push type, the SSQV will not leak under high boost conditions nor under vacuum at idle. Being of a pull type valve structure, the SSQV can not physically leak under any level of boost because boost pressure also keeps the valve closed against its seat. The SSQV is actuated by pressure alterations only, not by the rate of pressure or vacuum in the line, which ensures a quick valve response and complete closure during idle.

Perrin Manual Boost Controller
A great way to add horsepower and torque to your turbo charged engine is by introducing a higher level of boost. Many factory turbo charged vehicles have factory boost management that can vary boost level. Boost levels can vary based on gear, RPM, throttle position and more. With the simple installation of the Perrin Performance boost controller you regain the ability to change and/or hold boost at whatever level you choose. This flexibility will increase low end boost response (in some cases as much as 750 RPM sooner than stock) in all gears and allow upper end increases in boost level. All will net a much faster vehicle without sacrifices to drivability.

Perrin Evolution Crank Pulley
The Perrin Performance lightened crank pulley for the Evolution is engineered to reduce rotating mass, increasing horsepower and torque. Made from 6061T6 aluminum, the Perrin pulley is considerably lighter then the stock crank pulley. The Perrin pulley is not under driven. The pulley is a redesigned, lighter rendering of the stock crank pulley. Aftermarket under drive pulleys are prone to charging and drivability problems from being overly under driven. The Perrin Performance lightened crank pulley will have no effect on your cars charging system. HKS high performance camshafts are CAD computer designed to optimize torque and horsepower over the widest possible powerband. Each camshaft application is offered in multiple profiles, each with their own specific duration and lift characteristics to suit various levels of tuning. “Lower” profiles offer substantial gains in power levels and a broad useable powerband throughout the RPM range with little compromised in driveability. “Larger” profiles offer greater increases in power levels, but are tailored for higher RPM range use and race oriented driving widening the degree of opening of the valve, which increases power in the characteristics. followers and valve springs. HKS Evolution VIII Iridium Spark Plugs
The Iridium alloy is used because of its durability and reliability. On an average plug, a narrow core typically shortens life span of plug but with the intense durability of iridium there is no sacrifice in any longevity. With a high melting point of 2454 degrees C, opposed to the 1769 degrees C of white gold, the electrode can tolerate the high levels of compression and minor knocking without any deterioration.
