Is it a full 3in TBE? If the DP is 3in, does it clear both of the lower bars?

does the test pipe come with a mechanical o2 fix?

Please let me know.

So all flanges have a 3" inner diameter? I purchased a catback last year and the flange the mated with the cat was small like the stock cat.
