I don't think that is required to get a tune, but any time you change your parts it is a good idea. Any time you change the parts on your car there is usually power to be gained by getting a tune.
Even tuning your stock setup can result in more power.
I think this is more of a function of the replaced o2 housing as that directly affected the sensor that monitors the a/f directly. I agree with Soon2BEVO in that it is a good idea to get a tune, but I dont think it will be required.

I don't think you will have any problems with this header. I have had one sitting on my desk for the past week and let me tell you, it was one beautiful paperweight! DC Sports has outstanding quality and to prove it they offer a 1 year warranty on any manufacturing defects.
