I installed this Saturday. Installation was simple! Just swap this with the stock mount. It totally stops any engine movement. This is NO need to replace any of the other engine mounts. The hole in the bushing is perfectly sized for the bolt to pass through. Shifting is soooo much more smooth now. There are more vibrations and sounds transmitted into the cabin, but only at idle and that is to be expected.

Installed mine yesterday. Took a bit more time than usual, because I did the install without removing my Mine's under brace, but everything went smooth once I slid everything back in.

There is more vibration and engine noise, but shifting is definitely improved, and speed shifting has very little wheel hop, and engine jerking movement.
Don't know how long before the remaining rubber bushings wear out, but for now, it is a worthy modification.
