Yup, it'll fit but it'll stick out a bit (maybe about 2-3 inches). The Evo 9 rear doesn't really fit any USDM exhausts since the JDM exhausts are a bit shorter (and so is the bumper).

And for those in the dark about this exhaust, this is one of the BEST options for exhausts for the Evo. 100% made in Japan, the JGT500R features true 80mm piping, 100% stainless steel, and a removable silencer. GREAT sound from the Evo... not too loud or intrusive like some exhausts and DEFINITELY not ricey. Good, deep tone that really brings out the best of the 4g63.
But the best part about this exhaust is the cost. You're definitely not going to break the bank to get JDM quality with this one!
