2 questions, if they have been asked and answered I apologize in advance.

Is the launch control default (I believe you set it at 5900) included in the e-flash, or does it need to be specifically requested and

How much extra for the valet mode map (if not already included)?

Thanks.

I can understand everyone's impatience.

I don't have a tune from Al yet, but am close to pulling the trigger and getting an EFlash. As soon as I put in a few more mods.

To all those freaking out and expecting a quick turn around I offer you this:

What would you rather have:

Al take his time and make sure his tunes are spot on.

OR

Al start feeling too pressured and busting them out and sending tunes that are good, but not great?

After all - you're tampering with the control center of the car.

I say give him a little break.

The whole point is the timeframe issue. I dont think anyone is disputing that the tunes are bad. Its just that the heading states 1 hr - 24 hrs.

If thats not a reasonable timeframe at the time, then update it. Just dont expect people to wait or be happy with it still saying that.

Id just like to know if anyone did get it within that timeframe?

It's been over two weeks for me and nothing yet.
I've spoken with several people about their orders from Al for an Eflash and he's told us all the same thing when we do manage to get a hold of him, "You'll have your maps tonight!" and he never delivered. Nevermind the 1hr-24hr timeframe he initially gave.

Same for all the guys locally. Only one guy has his map, and he bugged Al every day for almost a week.

I'm tired of this bs. I have PM/AIM/Email'd him about REFUNDING MY MONEY VIA PAYPAL and haven't even gotten that! I could careless about the flash, just refund my money ASAP. This is some BOGUS business he's doing, if he can't handle it SAY SO, everybody is busy but least you can do is provide good customer service. I expect my money back in my account ASAP!

*Warrtalon - i'm sure he talks to you since he refuses to answer to my methods of reaching him, can you please relay the message to him please? Atleast ask him to check this thread out? Thanks!*

Sure, I'll try to make sure he refunds the money.

Do not say he refuses to respond. It's the same for everyone. The only thing he responds to is PM, because he gets hundreds upon hundreds of emails, VMs, PMs, and inquisitive posts per day and cannot possibly answer them all while also working/tuning all day.

This is a known problem that he must handle - he really needs to clone himself. Waiting around for an e-flash is one thing, but wanting your money back is another thing, so I'll try to make sure he does that quickly.

I have been taking more time that originally expected to create the maps I am sending out and kindly ask for the patience and tolerance of those who have ordered maps.

I will be working on any existing back ordered maps later this evening and I expect that after this weekend I will be back to normal as far as workload. I have specifically taken this weekend off to catch up on loose ends

Thanks AL

NOTE - Its been a long two weeks and I have fallen behind on these - mostly due to work on my race car

I finsihed my car today and I just spent the last 4 hours doing E FLASH! orders for June 6 - today

Some of you I had questions for so check your email

Lots of others have maps

I am taking a short break to rest my eyes and will do more shortly

Some I must test on actual cars and transfer files from other equipment and they may take till tommrow

Thanks for your pateince

It takes a certain frame of mind to craft a good email map and I have to wait till I am "in the zone" to do these

Now that I will be caught up I am going to try and get more out the same day

EFLASH did not work

Hi AL,

I know you are busy but the eflash you sent me did not work for my car. The car would not start after flashing with the EFLASH you sent me so I went back to the stock flash to be able to drive this weekend. I sent you the stock map along with the one you sent me for you to check it.
Thanks

Al,

You still taking orders for EFlash applications?

Or, should I wait until after the upcoming competition that you'll be entering?

I'm in no hurry, but I just don't want to get lost in the shuffle.

Thanks.
