It allows for quick swapping of exhaust components such as a highflow cat or offroad pipe which is beneficial for those who swap parts at track days. It also does not require any gaskets so there will never be any gaskets that need replaced it still seals very tightly.

any deal on just the cat back with magnaflow? Would need to bolt to existing tp.

Perfect! Everything lines up and does not rub. The only thing that needs removed or trimmed is the heatshield for the carrier bearing.

Yeah I run a UR test pipe, so any deal on your new muffler on a catback, flanged or not. I could get a flange put on if need be.
