EvoIXMR - Here you go, this test was done last week:



ewoevo - These would be the VIII Cams, the exhaust cam would work on the IX but not the intake.

Guys, clarification, the specs are >very similar< to the HKS ones, the power output is pretty much the same. The ramp angle of the lobes are a bit different, but this doesn't cause a huge difference in power.

What's good about the Helix cams:

1. Billet cams - not cheaper cast units
2. Higher Rockwell hardess than the HKS - this means the lobes last longer and resist wear better (such as low oil conditions)

So are the production cams going to be hollow cored or will they be the same as the pre production versions?
