Nope, the bolts are not ti. They are however high quality grade 8 bolts.
As far as the Ti DP goes.... Lets just say it's pretty difficult to make so it won't crack after a while. We're still testing....

i'm just reading this...unbelievable that we now have a titanium cat delete...that's awesome. couple questions though:
1) My understanding is that the standard measurement is outside diameter. so when people say it is a full 3 inch they mean the outside diameter so the I.D is actually smaller. Given this is a 3in ID, how would this fit to a cat back and down pipe that are 3inch O.D.
2) Are you guys thinking of making a titanium down pipe (ignore this as i just saw you answered this question already)

Well, to answer your question, it works because of the wall thickness of the cat delete and the fact that we use eccentric bolt holes on our flanges. Our Ti pipe is able to achieve the same strenth as stainless steel w/o the need for thick walls (ahh the benifits of titanium!) Although we have a full 3in pipe, the OD of the pipe is not much larger. Coupled with the oval bolt holes, you will have good clearance for use with any other 3" OD pipe. Exhausts that are advertised with an 80mm ID will work perfectly as well.
Hope this helps.

We specifically designed the CEL fix with our bung location in mind.
