Helix Forged Connecting Rods... Can you say what alloy was used?
Forged Stroker Crankshaft... What is the stroke? Is this a 4G64 crank? If so, is it new or reconditioned?

Hi,

The rods is a 4340 connecting rods with the ultra-strong ARP L19 rod bolt. Basically this is the same rod being released by several JDM tuners but at 1/2 the price. The 4G64 crank, we've had a lot of success with this crank. If you would like we can nitride / cross-drill / balance for you at an additional charge.

Cheers,

Gary

The 2.3 stroker kit is fairly straight forward, you run a stroker crankshaft, rods, pistons and you're good to go for 2.3. You'll want to run some high performance bearings (we use race-coated ones) to hold up to the RPM / abuse of a high power engine. If you want we offer pre-built 2.3 stroker engines for $3499, no core. Thanks,

Gary

Bump for a great vendor...

just a quick question...this might be stupid but...

I see that power package #1 makes 35 whp, for power package #2 do we add 75 whp to the 35 whp or does power package 1 + 2 together give you a total of 75 whp? I hope you can follow that thanks again

Hi,

Sorry for the confusion! PP1+ PP2 = 75whp gain over stock. Basically it takes a 210whp car (on our dyno) to 285whp. Keep in mind, this is tuned on cali 91 octane pump gas, with 93octane you'll make more power.

Cheers,

Gary

Hi, you will need a reflash or engine management if you install the cam gears/camshafts and would like the car to run smoothly, if at all! There are a multitude of reflashes and engine management solutions available for the evo at this time. Thanks.
