It is actually the Tomei edition manifold, that goes with the HRS Heat Shield.

It also will work with LHD Evo's. There are a few USDM Time Attack Evo's that will be running this season which currently have the HRS Surge Tank installed.
The HRS Surge Tank was made in collaboration with JUN.
