ETS Weekly Special - SS T-Bolt Clamp Kit - No More Blown Off Piping! Good until 6/7!

It's an all too common situation. You're boosting hard and an intercooler coupler comes flying off with a bang. Not only is it annoying and an inconvenience, if it happens on a busy freeway (like it did to me) you're in a compromising situation to safely reinstall....if you have the tools in your EVO. My lower piping blew off and left me laying on the ground in the rain as cars passed me no more than 5 feet away at 80MPH. Good times

To remedy this crappy situation and to replace the poor quality worm drive clamps used from the factory, this week's special is on our Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamp Kit for stock or aftermarket piping (specify when ordering). These clamps are extremely stout, so much so that you can crank them down with a 1/2" air gun without issue. Install this clamp kit and crank up the boost!!

SS T-Bolt Clamp Kit - Stock or Aftermarket Piping - $39 shipped!

Some of our T-Bolt inventory

A shot of the complete intercooler kit w/ clamps

And just one lonely T-Bolt

Hey Tom.

How many and what exactly are the clamps that come with the $39.00 kit?

I assume 2.5" clamps.

Thanks.

Due to the surface area of the BOV connections, T-bolt clamps are not needed there to ensure you'll never have a problem. I've never heard of someone blowing off their BOV or recirc tube but I suppose it's possible!

There are a total of 10 clamps with the six on the cold side and four on the hot side. All but the TB coupler on the cold side are 2.5", it is 2.75". The hot side has a total of four clamps. It's a killer deal

Same thing happened to me. Messin' with a SL65 (not a good idea with stock turbo ), going pretty damn fast but under the speed limit of course , and blew a licp off. Went with T bolt clams and never happened again.

Bump for a great deal. Highly over-looked by many.

I just saw a video last night of a big Benz walking a 360 and Viper in one shot, they are nothing to scoff at!

T-bolt clamps are a must have, especially at this price!

I'd like a set but can you tell me how tight you are supposed to make them...I know it's a dumb question but when I put my LICP on I was afraid to tighten them and crush the aluminum piping.

Thanks and should I call to place the order?

That's the main reason we don't build aluminum piping. The T-bolts we use can be tightened until a 1/2" impact gun gives up and that WILL crush aluminum piping. Much past 25psi we've had great difficulty keeping pipes from blowing off when trying not to crush an aluminum piping kit from Greddy and others (stock included). If you'd like to upgrade to our LICP I'll offer next week's special a day early but if not we're happy to take your order for the T-Bolt Clamp Kit over the phone or via Paypal to sales@extremeturbosystems.com. Thanks!
