Shows the gap with the crash beam reinstalled. Only Just fits. Below the fan was touching the back of the IC at the top.

It fit like a charm. The only thing was there were 2 plastic air cooling guides next to the headlights that had to be removed. I could have trimmed them to fit, but removing was easier.

Yeah it does seem that many more post IC shots than engine bay pictures showcasing the piping. I know that there are tons out there already so they'll be showing up in Show N Shine and elsewhere

How much shorter is the mini battery kit piping? will the stock box work on either?

I know some big power has been out down using ETS intercoolers, but how well do they cool and help produce consistent results on the road?

The stock UICP is 60" in length, our stock battery UICP is 52" and our short route UICP is 46". The stock airbox will not work with either but you can retain your factory intake tube and use only our filter kit (or any other) for perfect fitment rather than needing to buy the entire intake system.

AITs during regular driving typically stay within 10-20 degrees of ambient and almost never more than 20 degrees higher than ambient at road speed during hard driving conditions. Paul's EVO has now made 1009whp on a 2.0L using our 5" intercooler and is able to get temps close to those figures even at the top of the track after a near 160mph trap.

We have four direct-fit EVO intercoolers (3", 3.5", 4", 5") to be sure we can offer the perfect combination of efficiency and flow for any setup so give us a call and we'll help you pick your poison

The stock battery UICP is still 8" shorter than the stock UICP but is 6" longer than our short route UICP which also saves just over 20lbs with the small battery kit. It's up to you what's most important but we leave your options open

With all the coolers we ship on a daily basis it still surprises me how many EVOs I see with the stock cooler Get a hold of me so I can right this injustice
