Is the AEM Short Ram Intake carb legal and is it the redeisgned (not oversized) cone filter that will fit for the evo?

I believe so, I'll double-check tomorrow. The filter is the new filter that was re-designed back in 2004 or 2005 to fit without rubbing on the hood

So I just got official confirmation from AEM that the Short Ram is CARB legal for the 2003-2005 model years and the 2006 is still pending approval right now
