Bottom Dollar Ebay O2 Housings w/Swaintech Coating $149 shipped

This is the Ebay housing with the improved design for better internal flow. Next these were Swaintech coated to offer the best heat resistance. After getting these back from coating we discovered this improved design caused a clearence issue with the O2 sensor placement. To work around this install issue requires bending the AC line. So this makes it a non-bolt on item. For anyone that is ok with modifying their AC line then this will clear the AC line for a true fit. If you do not have AC then this will bolt on with no problems.

Due to the possibility that this may require modification we are selling these at a huge discount. This is truly bottom dollar.

We have 9 of these to move: Price is $139 shipped.

how much bending of the line is there? Thoughts of it effecting the quality of the cooling since florida is HOT!

Thanks

It takes some careful hits with a hammer although it is very capable. You actually want to bend the line forward (towards the front of the car) and down (towards the ground). Your other option includes plugging the current hole and getting a bung welded on to the housing. I assume most muffler shops would charge $20 or so to weld the bung where you request it. This would permanatly fix the issue and it would still cost less than the normal O2 housing we sell.

If you have an EMS that uses the rear O2 sensor then just plug it and go on your way. If you have an RS EVO without AC this will also be a bolt on piece.
