AWD Motorsports Front Facing Turbo Kit.. by: Shearer Fabrications!!!!
We are now offering a 100% bolt on Turbo kit w/ Front Facing Turbo Manifold.. After seeing a constant demand week after week for a turbo kit with a front facing turbo like we ran 8's with on our RS, we have decided to offer the Full kit now.. This kit will Include the below items.. Starting Pricing will be at 3995.00 but will depend on Choice of Turbo.. We will also offer the kit as a hot parts kit with Manifold, 02 Housing, Downpipe and Dumptube..
T3 Front Facing Shearer Manifold
T3 Turbo of choice.. ( We Recommend PTE Billet 6262 for most Setups )
Tial 44mm Wastgate
4 Bolt 02 Housing
Dump tube
3" downpipe
Lines, Fittings and Gaskets

BR kit was designed to fit a Filter on front. The kit above is much more forward and will not fit a filter on it.. You can use a screen and Block off the front grille if you need to street drive it.. This isnt recommended for a daily driver... More of a race setup than anything,,

I would consider the two kits to be an apples to apples comparison and therefore need to understand performance differences between the two. Thanks!

Thanks for that explanation Mike. I think what consumers like myself need to know is what performance advantages one kit provides over the other. I would assume that the runner length is longer on your kit than BR's seeing as how it is farther forward. Does this result in more horsepower but less torque (with all other factors remaining the same)?

The main difference is my kit does not allow a filter. Both are proven to make sick up and run fast. Comes down to if you need a filter of not and which design you prefer. Both are top notch shearer quality.
