FiD Evo 8/9 Tubular Stock Replacement Turbo Manifold
The Forced Induction Development (FiD) - Evo 8/9 Stock Frame Turbo Manifold was independently tested against a competitor's OEM ported manifold on the dyno and the results were impressive with a significant gain of 20+whp at peak power over the ported manifold.

Our efficient tubular header and merge collector design promotes quick spoolup and maximum power to take full advantage of the stock and stock-frame turbo. We build our tubular equal-length manifold utilizing 3D CNC machined billet 304SS head flange. The head flange features a 3D transitional ports (oval to round transition) with counter-sunk port opening on the front to provide strength and support for the welded runners. The backside of the head flange features a machined cut-back to help minimize warpage during welding and promote better gasket sealing. The head flange is fully decked for flatness prior to machining as well as after the manifold is fully welded. This is the only way to ensure a perfect sealing surface for the exhaust gasket. In addition, the manifold is fully Tig welded and all connections are multi-pass welded and fully back-purged to eliminate any chances of joint fractures.

•100% 304 Stainless Steel thick-wall equal length manifold with narrow angle twin scroll merge collectors.
•304 Stainless Steel CNC machined 3D header flange (1/2" thick).

•Multi-pass tig welded and fully back-purged.
•Header flange and turbine flange decked pre and post welded.
•Clears all accessories and sensors, does not require extra heat shielding.
