tpm17 - We have not experienced any problems like this in our shop car. Do you grind second always or only when speed shifting? If it happens all the time go back over your install. Make sure that you have the bushings all the way compressed and the bolts have the washers on them and are snug. If it is only when speed shifting then it may be because the shifting action has improved so now you are rushing the syncros. There are to ways two fix that 1. shift slower(not normally the option people want) 2. install a stainless steel braided clutch line. You can order one of those from us.
