Well, this is what Juan Pablo Montoya, Kimi Raikkonen, Fernando Alonso, David Coulthard, and most other Formula 1 drivers wear, as well as Petter Solberg, Mikko Hirvonen, Colin McRae, and many other rally dirvers. It's also big with some of the Audi LeMans teams.
So i think its safe to say it's race proven
FIA homologated, lightweight and breathable, 100% Nomex III 3 layer construction, very comfortable, and most importantly, safe.

and a bump for the suits they are pimp and if you have not heard of alpine star you dont watch rally racing and i am not sure why you have an evo, jk. evo s are awsome
