when it's 5% off the already lowest Cusco prices I know of anywhere in the country, by a shop that actually stocks the stuff, yes I think it is...if you disagree, oh well. If you want to justify to yourself it's a good deal, I can quote list prices in front, and then our Holiday Pricing.....
