Ohlins Flag Coilovers
Ohlins coilovers for street cars dramatically improves traction, handling and at the same time the comfort of the car. The shock absorbers are produced in Sweden and Japan with the specifications, and above all, the development made in Sweden.
All Ohlins shock absorbers are individually tuned for each model and its specific characteristics. They test themselves by fitting shock absorbers to each vehicle and conducting thorough tests. As usual, we believe in trying to combine the hard-to-define ‘feeling’ of our experienced drivers with measurement data obtained from their advanced equipment.

All HKS Hipermax Suspension systems utilize a mono-tube suspension structure which is a design where both the oil chamber and gas chamber are completely separated inside a single cylinder. Dampening is created as the piston moves up and down inside the cylinder. Dampening is maintained by applying constant load to the cylinder with the use of high pressure gas. There are many characteristics to the mono-tube design, which results in high durability, and comfort even in the harshest driving conditions. Mono-tube suspension structure requires an intense level of research and development as well as advanced manufacturing.

With the Hipermax III suspension series, the driver gains increased wheel control with improved performance of all vehicle dynamics and increased driver command in all conditions. Hipermax III combines track-quality control with excellent ride and handling characteristics at real-world street speeds. HKS' all-new Hiper Linear Piston Fluid Channel System damping system creates a positive relationship between piston speed and damping force, making it possible to produce a suspension that provides track-level control and feedback with exceptional ride quality at the same time.
In addition, the Hipermax III is shock-body adjustable (most applications) to allow vehicle height adjustment without affecting spring rate and piston stroke. With the Hipermax III’s range of adjustability, precise corner balancing can be achieved. Chrome-plated cylinder shafts provide excellent durability and newly-design rubber upper mounts reduce harshness. (For most applications, optional spherical bearing mounts are also available for enhanced steering feedback.)

In addition, the Hipermax III Sport incorporates HKS' all-new Hiper Linear Piston fluid-channel system, shock-body length adjustability (most applications) and ultra-thick chrome plating of the cylinder shaft for excellent durability and reduced stiction (static friction). The rubber bushing is replaced with a pillow ball which eliminates the load input compliance, and reduces the change of alignment to improve the grip of the tire.
Anodized finishes provide maximum strength and durability against corrosion. Lightweight plates (22.oz) provide up to +/- 39mm of camber adjustment in the front .A perfect upgrade over the soft oem mounts.

A subtle drop provides an aggressive stance, while the higher spring rates (+20% - 30% over stock) provide excellent handling and vehicle stability characteristics. These springs provide a very noticeable gain in performance when installed.
The GF210 is well mated with a performance shock upgrade to extract the full potential of the coil spring, but will also work with factory equipment.

The addition of aftermarket endlinks significantly increases cornering response and tightness, regardless of the use of an aftermarket sway bar or not. Whiteline Spherical Bearing (Pillowball) Endlinks: The use of spherical bearings allows for a much wider range of angular movement than stock while improving response by eliminating suspension compliance. KCA395 is designed to raise front roll-centre geometry by using new special ball-joints, while maintaining original bump-steer by using new tie-rod ends. Changing front suspension geometry by raising roll-centre, results in substantial increase to roll resistance and significant reduction of suspension compression of outside front wheel during cornering through improved weight transfer distribution. During cornering, this leads to significantly reduced understeer through reduced front wheel compression, as well as improved steering feel and precision and vehicle stability.
