To those of you who bought wheels from us during our supersale 2 weeks ago and HAVENT received them, I appologize for the delay. I want to be straight forward with my customers and say exactly what is going on. My representative at Enkei told me these wheels were in stock and shipped out. I've been pestering him for tracking #'s or anything that would let me know that these wheels are shipped out. Their is no need to worry, the worst case scenario is that you get a full refund with no questions asked. I've checked in and this only applies to two people out of about 35 orders. I've been dealing with Enkei for a while, and am very disappointed with their service in this order. This is not how we operate, but we aren't going anywhere, if you don't receive the wheels, you get a full refund. so no worries.
