i take it some fender rolling will be necessary judging by preliminary

Yes, these are the Kics spacers with studs built in.

The rears will fit just fine, I didn't bother trying on the rears.

Our car does have the fenders cut so yes, depending on your tire choice and car height, you might or might not have to roll/cut the fenders.

It won't fit because of the type of pad it uses, this is a very low pad wheel so it won't clear the brakes. So if you had a +15MM, you'd still need a spacer which would put it close to a 0 offset.
