Listen I never received an email from you yesterday with a tracking number like you said you would accomplish for me.
Just a suggestion for enhancing customer service, you should automatically email a client of yours a tracking number once package has been shipped. Even if you have to go over to shipping and get it yourself. It will make all your cllients love you that much more.
One last thing, I understand that you might have been unable to retrieve tracking number from shipping for some reason, however it still would have been great customer service on your end to still have sent me an email explaining the situation. Instead, I come to my office and turn my computer on and I'm still un sure where my wheels are and I have to post this message and potentially have to try and call you when you get to the office.
Again, I'm not *****ing, Francis has been great, I'm just throwing out some customer service suggestions.

You said in the other thread you could get them by March. I was wondering if you could pm me a price shipped to 02539 and I was also wondering if you were going to get any in the SBC finish and if so what was the pricing going to be?

Sorry about the inconvience. I was unable to retrieve your tracking numbers yesterday and due to other matters here at the office, I was unable to send you an email explaining the situation. I have since retrived your tracking information and sent an email to you.
Again, my most humble apologies. We are working to get a more consistant system of getting tracking numbers out to our clients without me physically having to run down to our shipping department and looking for the numbers myself.
I appreciate your input and thank you for your understanding. Your point has been well taken and we are constantly finding ways to improve our customer service. As we all know, providing excellent customer service is what makes one shop stand out above the rest.

Yup, Work USA will have them in stock by March but I can reserve a set for you if you're interested. Check your PM's for pricing and other details.
