OK guys, I had to close my other 2 threads because they were kinda getting out of control LOL. Also, since we're restricted on how many threads we can post at one time, I had to consolodate my 17x9 and 18x9 posts. Anyhow, here's the nitty gritty:

Weights:
Here are are numbers we got on our scale:
This is an 18x9 RE30:
and this is an 18x9 CE28N (which we also have in stock BTW if anyone is interested)
Thats a .15lb difference between the CE and the RE, with the CE winning out. So, the CE wins the weight battle. However, with the RE being 30% stronger, the .15lb difference is rather negligible. And remember, these are 18x9's. Try that with an 18x9 CAST wheel. That would be BOAT ANCHOR STATUS. RE30 FTW!
This is an 17x9 RE30:
Ok guys, check it out. I just put these puppies on the scale and I was EXTREMELY surprised to find that they are LIGHTER than the 17x9 CE28N. The official word from Rays was that in order to compensate for the additonal 30% increase in strength, the wheel would weigh a bit more than the CE. But, from these results...I GUESS NOT HAHA. So now you get the best of both worlds....lightest + strongest wheel ever to come out of the Rays foundry. Check it out for yourselves:
And for comparison, the 17x9 CE28 weight:
And to those saying "but the CE has the center cap in it" ...
ok..so it's a 0.10 lb difference (so it's not much but hey, for those looking to push the weight to the extreme) I mean, I get guys asking me for weights for lug nuts...C'MON PEOPLE! LOL.
So that's basically it. We still have A GANG of these joints in stock and ready to ship. LET THE PM's BEGIN!
PM ME FOR PRICING!!
Thanks guys,
